Rules & Etiquette
At Meadowview Golf & Country Club we are committed to providing a safe and welcoming environment. Our mission is to ensure everyone is treated with courtesy and respect.
General
- On the course, maintenance equipment and workers have the right-of-way
- Individuals may be held responsible for any personal injury to a person(s),
damage to equipment, and property when using this facility - Smoking is not allowed in any area of the Clubhouse, Restaurant, or Pro
Shop - The smoking and/or vaping of cannabis will not be allowed anywhere on
club property - Please place all trash in the containers provided
Dress Code
- Clothing should be neat, clean, and presentable. Jeans are acceptable if not
torn. Cut offs are not permitted - Muscle shirts, halter tops, and tops with objectionable print and or symbols
are not allowed - Soft-soled sneakers or golf shoes with soft spikes are acceptable. Metal
spikes are not permitted
Play
- Maintain pace of play. An average 18-hole round should take 4 hours
- Do not play a shot until the golfers in front of you are out of range
- If at any time you or a member of your group loses control or sight of a
shot, warn others by shouting FORE - Repair ball marks on greens, replace divots on tee boxes, and rake sand in
the bunkers
Power Carts
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license to rent a cart
- Power carts must not be driven on tees, greens, and green aprons
- Golfers are responsible for any damage caused to the power carts and/or damage caused to the course while operating the power cart
Alcohol
- Only alcohol purchased from the restaurant is permitted to be brought and consumed on the course
- Any outside alcohol will be disposed of immediately and a warning given
- A patron found to be in violation of this policy , may be asked to leave the course
Rain Checks
- Rain checks will be issued only due to inclement weather
- At the discretion of the Pro Shop, a rain check may be issued for personal scheduling issues
- Dollar value will be based on green fees paid and the number of holes remaining to be played
Cancellation
- Please provide notice of cancellation 24 hours prior to reserved tee time
Marshals
- Marshals are available to assist you with golf etiquette and safety awareness, ensuring pace of play is maintained
- Marshals have the authority to enforce golf etiquette and policies and procedures of Meadowview Golf & Country Club
